    Mary is an innovative ICF (International Coaching Federation) trained coach who has helped hundreds of leaders develop the awareness and skills necessary to thrive in the modern workplace. Mary believes in each leader’s capacity to build sustainable well-being practices, for themselves and their teams. As the founder of Red Willow Coaching and her work with BetterUp, Mary has worked with leaders from Fortune 500 companies including Google, Sales Force, ServiceNow and Starbucks. Mary has also partnered with nonprofit organizations including The Epilepsy Foundation, Swarthmore College and Greener Partners.

    Bob is a dynamic teacher, strategist and speaker who has taught foundational concepts of psychological well-being to thousands of individuals, both in the United States and internationally. Drawing from his extensive experience in the fields of Positive Psychology, Education and Management, Bob designs and facilitates high impact leadership programs for organizations. Bob holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degree from the University of Pennsylvania and currently serves as Trainer and Project Director at the University of Pennsylvania’s Positive Psychology Center and Director of Positive Psychology for the Belmont Charter Network.
