  • Founder, Director of Coaching

    Mary is an innovative ICF (International Coaching Federation) trained coach who has helped hundreds of leaders develop the awareness and skills necessary to thrive in the modern workplace. As the Director of Coaching at Pivot Mindset, Mary brings a positive psychology approach to coaching and believes that every leader has the capacity to build sustainable well-being practices, for themselves and their teams. Mary has worked with leaders from Fortune 500 companies including Google, Sales Force, ServiceNow and Starbucks. Mary has also partnered with nonprofit organizations including The Epilepsy Foundation, Swarthmore College and Greener Partners. In her free time Mary can be found gardening, hiking with her dog Banjo, or listening to a podcast.

    Bob is a dynamic educator, strategist, and speaker who has taught foundational concepts of psychological well-being to thousands of individuals across the United States and internationally. Drawing on deep expertise in Positive Psychology, education, and management, he designs and facilitates high-impact leadership programs that translate research into practical, measurable impact for organizations.

    Bob holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania and serves as a Trainer and Project Director at the University of Pennsylvania’s Positive Psychology Center, as well as Director of Positive Psychology for the Belmont Charter Network. Across every role, he is committed to strengthening relationships, fostering growth, and building trust.

    Outside of his professional work, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, playing piano and guitar, and perfecting his family's signature hot sauce recipe.
